The TEAMS Whitepaper highlights the methodology, results and lessons learned from the TEAMS project. Furthermore, the Whitepaper offers recommendations to governing bodies and educational institutions to aid the implementation of entrepreneurial skills in the curricula, therewith enlarging the impact of this method on future seafarers.
